Our bases are the foundation for your Gelato, Sorbet and Soft Serve.  

Whether you’re looking for fat free, sugar free, sorbet, or rich and creamy Gelato,

we are able to provide the base that best suits your needs.

A 50g dosage, hot and cold process base, low in fat, light in texture, excellent hold in the showcase.

GELATO
BASE 50

A 100g dosage, hot and cold process, nearly complete base. Rich and creamy texture with no need to add additional cream, excellent hold in the show case. Contains only vegetable fats.

GELATO
BASE 100

By adding only milk you obtain a smooth, creamy texture with a good holding capacity in the showcase.  Sweetened with Stevia. Sugar and aspartame free.  Best used with our range of sugar free flavours.

GELATO BASE SUGAR FREE

60g dosage, dairy free base, to be mixed with ProMix Fruit Improvers or fresh fruit with ProMix Fruit Improvers for the creation of your perfectly balanced sorbet.

FRUIT BASE 60

Designed for soft serve equipment; neutral in flavour and aroma, perfectly balanced, use Promix Fruit Improvers and fresh fruit to create your own recipe.

FRUIT BASE SOFT

Designed for soft serve equipment; neutral in flavour & aroma, perfectly balanced, use milk & ProMix Classic Flavours to create your own recipe.

Designed for soft serve equipment; neutral in flavour & aroma, perfectly balanced, use water & ProMix Classic Flavours to create your own recipe. 

HIGH DAIRY CREAM BASE SOFT

All purpose cold process base used to make gelato flavours infused with alcohol keeping a great structure in the showcase. Optimal for champagne, wine, beer, liquors, and cocktails.

These concentrated products are added to our gelato mix, and were created to improve the softness, creaminess, volume and warmth of the final product.
